Understanding PMADs: An Introductory Guide to Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders

This training provides an introductory education to PMADs for anyone interested in the subject matter. Attendees have included nurses, lactation consultants, doulas, social workers, as well as moms who are PMAD survivors. Anyone is welcome to attend.

Creating a Community Maternal Mental Coalition

This four-part series convenes community stakeholders who interact with childbearing women to address PMADs in a coordinated, comprehensive, community-wide approach. Coalition members may include hospital administrators and staff, maternal-child healthcare providers, birth professionals, community and nonprofit resources, government agencies and mental health providers, among others.
