This full-day training will help you understand perinatal mental health and feel confident offering support to those in your community.

1. The spectrum of perinatal mental health issues (PMADs), including distinguishing between baby blues and a mental health issue.

2. Breast/chestfeeding and perinatal mental health.

3. The impact of racial disparities.

4. Practical tools for educating and supporting community members.
