You can choose a support group based off of your location, or by day/time — all of our groups are open to any mother in Virginia.
Before joining a Zoom meeting on a computer or mobile device, you can download the Zoom app. Otherwise, you will be prompted to download and install Zoom when you join the meeting
If you have any technical difficulties, please text the Warm line (540) 698- 1277 (English) or (757) 550-4234 (Spanish). Alternatively, you can email supportgroups@postpartumva.org or text (540) 546- 0509 for help.
