Kristen has worked in the field of human services for over 15 years in the non-profit sector. Her experience includes connecting underemployed individuals with mental health resources to obtain gainful employment. She has also worked in the human resources field to recruit adults with disabilities into competitive employment. After having a traumatic birthing experience, she understands how mental health resources and support are essential for healing and recovery. In her free time, she enjoys spending quality time with her son and daughter, trying new restaurants, and listening to music.
