Postpartum Support Virginia Provider Directory

To be listed on our Provider and Partner Directory and provide information around mental health and community resources to the perinatal population we serve, please complete the application below.

 

*Please note all providers listed in our directory do need to have training in perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. If you do not have prior training, please check to see if we have an upcoming training or we can provide resources for other trainings available.  

FAQs

Doulas, lactation professionals, mental health professionals, and psychiatrists providing services in the state of Virginia

  • Respond to availability requests from PSVa/VMAP for Moms+ staff and referred clients within 24 business hours.
  • Be able to accept new clients to be initially added to the directory.
  • Have at least one of the following: a PMH-C, formal perinatal mental health training, experience treating this population, be under the supervision of a PMH-C.
    *If you don’t have at least one of the above, you must receive formal perinatal mental health training through PSVa/VMAP within one year from submitting an application.
  1. Complete the PSVa/VMAP Moms+ Directory Application for Providers and Partners.
  2. PSVa/VMAP Moms+ will contact you by email to set-up an interview.
  3. Complete a brief 15 minute phone or video interview to share more about your practice/services and learn more about PSVa and VMAP for Moms+.
  4. Join PSVa/VMAP for Moms+ internal and website support directory. We will send you a welcome email when your listing is live.

PSVa/VMAP for Moms+ care teams will contact your practice/organization by your preferred contact method when you are identified as an appropriate resource for a care coordination or care navigation client. We require all partners respond to contact from our teams within 24 hours to ensure our clients are connected with care in a timely manner. Once our care team confirms you can accept our client’s payment method/insurance and have availability, your preferred contact method will be shared with the client so they can reach out directly to schedule with you. We do not share any protected client information or contact information with you during the process and will not accept any updates on clients connected with your practice/organization.

PSVa Support Groups will be on holiday break from 11/26/25 until 11/30/25.
