11am – Sentara Northern Virginia Medical Center Support Group (Woodbridge)

Join us the 4th Wednesday of the month from 11:00 am – 12:00 pm in the Hylton Education Center, Rooms A/E at Sentara Northern Virginia Medical Center

This group is open to new mothers up to one year postpartum who are experiencing anxiety or depression. Infants up to one year of age are welcome.

Immediately following the Postpartum Support Group will be a Breastfeeding Support Group from 12:00 – 1:00 pm to discuss issues relevant to breastfeeding that you are welcome to also attend.
